Gut Feelings

Gut Feelings Gut Feelings Kombucha is a raw, naturally fermented tea flavoured with high quality fruit & herbs.

Gut Feelings Kombucha is an effervescent fermented tea made with a passion for good quality ingredients. Kombucha has detoxification and probiotic qualities, making it a great addition to a healthy diet as it contributes towards gut health. Carefully selected fruit and herbs are introduced for an enhanced nutritional profile in each flavour. Gut Feelings runs on a low waste business model, achieved by setting up Refill Stations where bottles can be refilled as and when needed. A small bottle range is also on offer through which new and seasonal flavours can be experienced.

Gut Feelings progression... in label form...

I am not sure what I would have done without Katy from . My initial plan for the logo was so intricate - think literal internals of a digestive system!

Katy has the most incredible skill of turning my thoughts into beautiful reality and has managed to maintain the main themes of my business vision throughout. I am absolutely in love with my logos, every single one of them! I seriously cannot thank you enough Katy x

NEW PRODUCT!

I am chuffed to let you know that we are now selling wee bottles of our live Kombucha Vinegar. This Thursday they are heading to , , and .

What do you do with it...? Personally, I drink it every morning in water and use it for dressings/cold pickling etc. Think of it the same as a live apple cider vinegar but with a different microbial community due to the use of Kombucha cultures.

It is delicious and very versatile. Unlike Kombucha, it does not need to be kept in the fridge. Although it still contains live microbes, it's not so many that it will lead to an exploding bottle when left out in the warmth. You will notice a wee SCOBY that will grow on top after a month or so, if you've not used it already. Dinna stress, it's a good sign of life!
Our current flavour is Hibiscus & Rosehip, but this will alter a little as I experiment more in the brewery.

This is absolutely revolting.

I think sometimes health can be much more straightforward than it is made out to be. That simplicity coming down to - eat actual food. Not ground up stuff and things, made into shapes and wrapped in plastic.

Mass produced, chemical filled, ULTRA processed. It is obscene how normal it has become to eat this way.

Final Ting Hoose Talk of the year!

I am so pleased to let you know that Lynn & Sandra from Lynbreck Croft will be hosting the final Ting Hoose Talk, of this year. We are reaching the end of the funding from Finderne Development Trust so if you are able to donate a little higher this time it would be greatly appreciated. All funds go towards organising more of these events!

On Monday 3rd from 6.15-8.30pm, Lynn & Sandra will be sharing the lessons they have learnt from building their croft. They are a wealth of knowledge on regenerative farming and eating from what is grown within our local area.

More info and tickets can be found below. I hope you can join us!
