Hey Everyone my names Coach Annabelle and I’m a PT , Nutritionist and I specialise in nerve damage . I’ve been a PT for 10 years and it’s my passion in life to help others with the same damage and conditions I’ve overcome . I’m starting online classes as of next week. ✨10/11/2025✨

It’s £5 per class (3 classes a week ) minimum

I’m having the classes 3 days a week @ 3 time slots each day , you can also pay monthly as well .

This is all from the safety and comfort of your own home with myself and individuals going through the same exact thing .
