I have been in the health and fitness industry for over 30 years, and more recently my passion has been to find the truth of who we are. Too many people feel stuck, anxious, unworthy, doubt themselves, or have a lack of confidence. So instead of exercise, I turned to 'innercise' to see how I could help people move forward with their lives and let go of a lot of old baggage which can and does make you sick and suffer. I know for me the journey to find my path on the spiritual journey was quite overwhelming with so many different roads on offer. But really it should be easy as all we are doing is reconnecting to who we already are, and we are whole, complete as we are now. When we see the truth of who we are and reconnect with our source and know we are all one, healing comes naturally. And along the way I studied and learned many of the best tools available to get you there quickly like energy healing, energy testing, quantum healing, reiki, hypnotherapy, NLP, EFT to name a few. At the end of the day my idea of bliss is a house full of love and laughter, a peaceful mind and a fit and healthy body.

Peace doesn’t come from control.
It comes from letting your body know it’s safe…
safe to rest,
safe to stop,
safe to just be exactly where you are.

So when you feel your mind start to race, take a few slow breaths, place a hand on your heart and say - you’ve done enough today, it’s time to rest, it’s safe to rest. 🩶

At every moment, you have two choices: believe the narrative in your mind, or see reality for what it is. This internal dialogue can often cloud your judgment, leading you down paths of doubt, fear, or regret. However, when you choose to perceive reality, you open yourself up to clarity and understanding. Recognizing that your thoughts are just that - thoughts, can be incredibly liberating.

Here are a few suggestions to help you 😊

1. Practice Mindfulness - Take a few moments each day to breathe and observe your thoughts without judgment. This can help you distinguish between your inner narrative and actual reality.

2. Challenge Your Thoughts - When a negative thought arises, ask yourself if it’s based on facts or assumptions. Is there evidence to support it? Often, you’ll find it’s more about perception than truth.

3. Talk to friends, loved ones, or book a session with about your thoughts - They can offer insights that may help you see things more clearly than your current mindset allows.

4. Journaling - Write down what you’re feeling and thinking. This process helps externalize your thoughts and gives you a chance to examine them critically.

5. Focus on Gratitude - Shift your focus from what’s troubling you to what’s good in your life. This can create a healthier mindset and remind you of the beauty within reality.

Try not to let your mind run away with you, by consciously choosing to see reality as it is, you empower yourself to make informed decisions that lead to a healthier mindset and a more fulfilling life.

Beyond thought and form, a greater life force pulsates within and around you, a timeless essence that’s encouraging you to awaken.

This energy connects all things that invites you to dissolve the illusions of separation. In each breath, there lies an opportunity to embody this presence, to merge with the flow of life itself. Embrace the silence, as it is here you will find your true nature and the depth of your being. 🩶

Being healthy goes beyond exercise and nutritious meals. At its core, true health is about how we feel inside.

Our emotional state, mental clarity, and sense of purpose are vital. Stress and negative thoughts can completely overshadow a healthy lifestyle.

Focus on your emotional well-being, take care of yourself, and nurture your relationships. True health is a holistic journey that balances body and spirit, and happiness always starts from within. Rather than stressing about how others are feeling, take a moment to reflect on your own emotions. 🩶
