When we are trying our best to get better after a health issue or illness, we seem to overlook that there is often an emotional or mindset aspect contributing to our physical issues. People tend to focus solely on the visible event, ignoring the emotional factors involved. This oversight can keep you suffering and hinder your healing journey for years. The thing to remember is that alongside any external event, there's a deeper emotional component. I find that with my clients, when I address this, it leads to significant improvements in health, life, and happiness.
