I have been in the health and fitness industry for over 30 years, and more recently my passion has been to find the truth of who we are. Too many people feel stuck, anxious, unworthy, doubt themselves, or have a lack of confidence. So instead of exercise, I turned to 'innercise' to see how I could help people move forward with their lives and let go of a lot of old baggage which can and does make you sick and suffer. I know for me the journey to find my path on the spiritual journey was quite overwhelming with so many different roads on offer. But really it should be easy as all we are doing is reconnecting to who we already are, and we are whole, complete as we are now. When we see the truth of who we are and reconnect with our source and know we are all one, healing comes naturally. And along the way I studied and learned many of the best tools available to get you there quickly like energy healing, energy testing, quantum healing, reiki, hypnotherapy, NLP, EFT to name a few. At the end of the day my idea of bliss is a house full of love and laughter, a peaceful mind and a fit and healthy body.

When I am working with my clients, over and over again I see that illness does not begin in the body, but in the energetic field that surrounds it. That stress, trauma, and even inherited patterns can lodge themselves in our biology — quietly shaping our health, our aging, and our vitality — until we learn how to clear them.

That realization constantly reminds me that the body is not broken, but brilliantly designed to heal, regenerate, and renew itself when given the right conditions. Remember you are not broken you have everything you need within you, and I’m here to to point you in the right direction if you need help 🤗

When things feel too much for us, our nervous system goes into a hyper-alert state, making us think life is overwhelming.

The solution isn’t to stay busy but to ground your body. By coming back into your body you signal safety to your nervous system, rebalancing it for better health.

To ground yourself, feel your feet on the ground, find something to see, smell, feel, hear, or taste. Take three slow breaths while concentrating on that one thing. This will send your brain a signal of safety.

Try this grounding exercise and notice any changes. With practice, your system will balance more easily. Prioritize your well-being and let me know how it works for you!

At this time of year it can feel especially painful to witness all that is not good in the world. It’s easy to wonder how one person’s compassion could possibly matter in the face of such darkness. Then I remembered something profound from Dawson Church, something revealed not by philosophy or spirituality, but by rigorous long-term scientific data.

The famous Framingham Heart Study, which tracked thousands of people over three decades, discovered something extraordinary:

If you are happy, the people you are directly connected to—your neighbors, friends, family—are 34% more likely to be happy.
Their friends are 15% more likely to be happy.
And even their friends—people you may never meet—are 6% more likely to experience positive emotions.
In other words: Your wellbeing radiates outward in widening rings of influence.

Even more remarkable, believe it or not, is that positive emotions spread farther than negative ones.
The data tells a beautiful hopeful story -
Goodness is more contagious than despair.

Human beings amplify each other’s light more than they amplify each other’s darkness.

Your emotional state changes the emotional climate of your community.

Your peace creates ripples of calm around you. You matter 🩶

Today, Sunday December 21st, marks this year’s winter solstice. It invites us to take a moment for reflection and to consider letting go.

Take a moment to think about something positive in your life, whether it's significant or small. Acknowledge your achievements and recognize your progress. Consider what you might need to release that could be holding you back.

Here are some ways to practice surrendering during this time:

1. Mindful Breathing - take a few moments to focus on your breath. Inhale deeply, hold for a few seconds, and exhale slowly. This can help ground you and create a sense of release.

2. Journaling - write down your thoughts and feelings about what you need to let go of, this can clarify your emotions and help you process them.

3. Meditation - focus on the idea of letting go. Visualize the things you want to release and imagine them gently drifting away.

4. Nature Walk - spend time outdoors and connect with nature. Observe the changes around you and reflect on the natural process of letting go and renewal.

5. Setting Intentions - create a simple intention for what you want to release and what you want to embrace moving forward. Write it down or say it out loud.

6. Practicing Gratitude - reflect on what you are grateful for. This can help shift your focus from what you are holding onto to what brings you joy.
