🌟 Community Connections 🌟

Today Marie (Care Manager) and Nealey (Administrator) visited Sage House, where they met with Reece and Judith and enjoyed a tour of the facilities.

They learned more about the fantastic Health and Wellbeing services on offer, including the café, support groups, day respite, activity and group sessions, as well as their brilliant community outreach work. The Wayfinding Bus was also discussed, which offers information and guidance within the community, such a valuable resource to look out for.

We feel incredibly lucky to have Sage House right on our doorstep and to see the level of support and care they provide. Such lovely community engagement, all focused on enriching people’s lives 💙

What a fantastic performance from Femi Otto yesterday at Manor Barn! 🎶✨

Femi doesn’t just have an incredible singing voice, he has that rare gift of truly connecting with his audience. One moment he had everyone feeling every word and the next he had residents and families up on their feet dancing and smiling together.

It was a joyful, uplifting afternoon filled with music, memories and so much happiness. Our residents and their families thoroughly enjoyed every minute.

We are delighted to say Femi will be back again soon due to very popular demand! 💃🕺

Thank you Femi, for bringing such wonderful energy and emotion to Manor Barn. We can’t wait to welcome you back!

💫It was an absolute privilege to meet Lindsey from Enable yesterday at Manor Barn.

👐🏼At Enable, they believe that everyone deserves dignity, independence, and peace of mind, no matter their circumstances. Whether you need help with daily living tasks, later-life planning, or moving into a care home, their expert team is there to provide professional, compassionate, and practical support every step of the way.

🫶🏼We are really looking forward to working closely with Lindsey and her team in the future, supporting our residents, families, team, and friends with signposts to wonderful services like these.

✨ Strengthening Community Connections at Manor Barn ✨

Today, we were delighted to welcome Emma Bayley, Customer Relations Manager at Prestige Nursing & Care Chichester & Worthing, to Manor Barn.

Building strong local connections like these is incredibly important to us. It’s always inspiring to share ideas, collaborate on community initiatives, and explore how we can continue to support one another. Our networking meet-ups truly sit at the heart of what we do and bring huge benefits to everyone involved.

We’re especially pleased that Emma was so complimentary about our new Dementia wing and the thoughtful, uplifting décor designed to promote comfort, familiarity, and wellbeing for our residents. Feedback like this means so much to our whole team.

✨ A Magical Afternoon! ✨

We had an exciting visit from a magician recently and our care home was filled with amazement and laughter! Cards disappeared, surprises appeared and everyone was left wondering how did they do that?! 🪄😄

It was a joyful show that brought big smiles and plenty of applause a truly magical treat for all! 🌟
