The self care fair is on the 11th October and I’ll be there ready to support your wellbeing through Reflexology and to pour some love back into your love cups. 🥰

And I’m home from the loveliest long weekend full of sunsets, fires, music, sound baths, yoga and really lovely people 🤗
Doing treatments in this setting for you and your children was an absolute dream. I’m smiling so much

My favourite thing to ever be told & every time that somebody tells me this after a massage, it makes my heart sing. 🤗
It’s a sentence that I hear a lot of and don’t tell James but I think he’s figured out a secret of mine 🤔😂 this song is how I’m feeling today. Thankyou so much for a beautiful day
