So this term I’ve been studying clinical supervision and I’m hoping on Sunday I will be signed of to begin seeing supervises to gain the required hours to qualify.

Words are important!
Our choice of words and tone can be the difference between someone listening to us or putting up their defence mechanisms and responding in a defensive manner that can cause us pain. Which is hard to take especially if we were saying something to be helpful and often escalates into arguments.

Watching how others respond then figuring out how to respond ourselves.

This can be a great starting point for discovery and understanding ourselves. A place where we can explore who we want to be and how we want to present ourselves.

These cards are a nice size to hold, they are on 369sgm weighted card and the box they are stored in is a sturdy box mage from recycled paper. This does. It mean it’s flimsy. It’s anything but. Just a little better for the environment.
