Wow, where to begin ... Thank you so much to and the incredible production team for having us again at one of the most surreal, creative and incredible festivals in the world ✨

Yet again, speechless and in awe. ♥️

The RGC crew and our venue is something else. This year we created REBEL GIRLS REHAB, an interactive fusion of wellbeing, silliness, connection, calm, creativity & indeed..curated chaos.

We all worked tirelessly, poured our hearts and souls out, created the BEST venue in town with the most amazing workshops and were quite simply phenomenal in so many ways possible. Big shout out to Lucy. B for being joint venue manager with the months of organising & planning before being in the field 🫂

I'm in awe of your dedication, your love, your support for one another and the gorgeous souls you all are - we absolutely smashed it.

To the best people anyone could have the privilege to work with - thank you. ❤️

🔹🔷🔹Don't Panic, It's only Anxiety : A workshop for Women & Non-binary people 🔹🔷🔹

Anxiety is more than just worry - it's a lived experience that can completely shape how we move through the world 🙏🏽

This workshop has been curated and created by the core team at who have professional skills alongside direct lived experience of diagnosed anxiety disorders, panic attacks and a deep personal relationship with anxiety and it's many faces. 🔷

💙This workshop is an opportunity for you to take back some power, deepen your understanding of anxiety and equip yourself with tools that work in real life, not just in theory. Wherever you are on your journey.
This is a multi-invitation space where we will teach what we have studied and experienced, learn from one another and share a space of curiosity, connection and comfort. 💙

💙We will explore :

🔷🔹What's really going on : The science of anxiety and how we can break the cycle.
🔷🔹Your personal toolkit : Build your own set of strategies tailored to your unique experiences and needs.
🔷🔹Physical soothe : Practices to regulate the nervous system and feel grounded.
🔷🔹 Emotional understanding : Getting to know what we are thinking and really feeling.
🔷🔹Cognitive road map : A step by step guide based on scientific and personal research (tried and tested by us) which can be tailored exactly how you need.
🔷🔹 Connection : Being in a supportive collective, making connections and sharing. Is incredibly healing.
