UPDATE

In the past I have only had clients who have been exposed to someone with Covid 19. The below policy still applies for that situation. I have however had to review my policy for people who actually test positive for Covid 19.

If you test positive within 2 days of seeing me for an appointment, please let me know. Although I am double vaccinated and legally track and trace doesnt apply anymore, I need to protect people around me. Do not attend an appointment with me if you are awaiting PCR test results. I will always cancel your appointment free of charge.
If you test positive for Covid 19 and have an upcoming appointment, please let me know by text. I will then rebook you an appointment for 20 days after your positive PCR test and ask you to check your temperature before attending your next appointment with me. If you cannot do this, I do have a thermometer to be able to do this.
I am aware that in most people, Covid 19 particles have left the body by 10 days, however in some individuals these can take longer and I would much rather follow the approach of 20 days to make sure.
Please be aware that you cannot have a Covid vaccination until 28 days after testing positive.

Please note that I have updated my information as follows:
I will continue to text you the night before to confirm your appointment. If at this point or any other up until the time of your appointment you become aware that you have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for Coronavirus, please let me know and your appointment will be rearranged free of charge for a minimum period of 10 days after your appointment. If you test positive, this period will be extended to 14 days after a negative test result. Thank you for your cooperation.

From 19th July to protect both me and you I will continue to adhere to my own strict Covid procedures.

Although it will no longer be necessary for you to wear a mask, I will continue to wear a mask which I will continue to change between households. You will still be expected to supply your own towels. I would also ask you to limit the number of people I come into contact with during your treatment.

Please postpone your appointment if you are symptomatic or have been in contact with a positive Covid case. I will continue to text a reminder the night before to check if all is ok and of course there is still no charge for a cancellation due to ill health up until 1 hour before appointment. Should you fail to inform me however and I arrive at your property, I have introduced a £10 charge to cover mileage.

Hi everyone,
Well after a long break it is looking like Boris will let me work again from Mon 12th April so I will be in touch next week to book you all in.
For those of you who dont know, I have been working in the vaccination hub for the last couple of months and am fully vaccinated but of course will still have PPE guidelines in place as before although I will be seeing up to 3 clients a day, with gaps in between for full change

I just wanted to say a big thank you to all my clients.
Ive been back working for 2 months and to say it is strange would be an understatement. New ways of working but still the same wonderful clients who are happily complying and humoring my changes to my practice.

Due to demand I will now be opening up my diary to upto 2 households a day however be reassured
1. This will only be the case where there is a morning appointment and an evening appointment.
2. I will never go from 1 client to the next to reduce cross contamination. My couch is cleaned after and before each client and I will continue my practice of changing clothes and showering between clients.
3. Upon request, I will book you an appt and guarantee you will be the only client that day should that be a concern to you.
4. I am still not open to new clients at present unless they are a household member of current client.
