Apparently, it’s World Running Day today. Good day to start week 5 on Couch to 5k! 🏃🏼♀️
About 8 weeks ish ago, I made the decision to try and get healthier. I could feel my anxiety starting to take over again and knew something had to change. Exercise is one of the best things you can do for your mental health and obviously has lots of other benefits for your health in general! ❤️
I can’t recommend Couch to 5k enough. If you want to start running or have thought about trying it before, now is the time! It’s such an easy to follow program and, although I struggled getting out to begin with, I’ve now come to really look forward to these runs. My anxiety is back under control and I feel more motivated, brighter and healthier. Seeing the little improvements each week is so rewarding. Give it a go! 🏃🏼♀️
