Due to the current situation with covid19 restrictions, and the issue with masks. I am regrettably cancelling all classes until further notice. I am doing this for both the safety of students and also due to financial contrasts.
I hope everyone understands and will be back teaching as soon as is practical.

Breaking news, as from the 25th July indoor martial arts classes can resume. I am working on updating current protocols to ensure that I can qi-gong can restart classes as soon as possible. First lesson back will be free.

latest news on covid19, even though some gyms and indoor fitness centres can re-open in July, this does not apply to martial arts, as these are classified along side dance, yoga and other fitness active's. This prohibits martial arts classes resuming. There is a review at the end of July .

Communication between the mind the body and the qi, is what is essential for peace and harmony. By practicing qi-gong we learn this essential connection.
By moving slowly and in harmony with the breath and the mind we realise that we are one with the universe. But we can only achieve this if the mind, body are at peace.
Life today is fast paced and hectic. By slowing down we see what we are missing in our lives.
This is the essence of qigong. Also the basis of what i teach. Take a step back from your life, slow down.
