Huge thanks to all of you who have been a Case Study, to a group, 121, a session at school, at home or in work. 🙏🏻🌟

Some of the sessions were relaxing and uplifting.

Some were about gently unwinding emotionally, physically or mentally.

For some of you, insights bubbled up to the surface. 💡

Some of you went into deep, restorative sleep.

The number of different ways sound helps our system rebalance is amazing.

However you’ve experienced sound, thank you for joining me and the gongs. 🙏🏻

The gongs take us back to balance, meaning you have more energy for all the fun stuff: meeting up with family and friends, celebrating and enjoying all the magic!
