What have I been up to? Monday morning I had a heart attack, a mild one but nevertheless a heart attack. Less than 36 hours later I am back home having had a stent fitted to open up a narrowed coronary artery. I have to rest and take it easy for a couple of weeks. So there will be no appointments available until further notice. Don't worry... I'll be back, as Arnie says.
