Good Morning.. we are closed today and back open on Monday 5th January. December was pretty tricky , I was in bed for 3 weeks with the superflu, and we had to cancel many appointments- for this is truly apologise. I
currently have both parents under urgent medical care ( mum still in hospital). However like anyone , I have limits to my emotional and physical energies and to protect this ( and support my family ) I may get extra cover for my clinic shifts. Please be accepting of these other practitioners, they have the same passion as I do about your footcare.
As already alluded to we have so many new plans for this year with Happy Feet, moving to new premises , expanding our retail space ( to include footwear ) and lots of new treatments x so let's shut the door ( lock it and throw away the key ! ) to 2025 and let's kick the backside out of 2026 x

Good Morning x I'm just popping on here to wish you all a Merry Christmas & A Happy New Year. From the bottom of my heart I want to say thank you to each & every one of you for your continued support over the last 12 months, especially the last 3 weeks when I have been laid up with this horrible flu. There are exciting times ahead for Happy Feet in 2026 so keep your eyes peeled for further updates.
I also want to say a HUGE thank you to all the staff for their continued support - I really am blessed with an amazing team.
I know Christmas can also be a lonely time for some people.. please don't feel lonely. We may not be in work physically but you can always pop us a message on here , so please reach out if you need to.
I'm signing off until 5th January, however Joanna & Cerys will be in on 29th December to answer any telephone messages.

Health Update :
I have been totally floored by this current strain of flu. Managed a five minute walk today 💪. I have made the decision to not return to work until January. We have got foot care covered for a couple of days , which means we have had to cancel some appointments..this is not what I wanted to do before Christmas but I have no option. I can only apologise for the inconvenience this has caused and hope you understand x We have new opening hours after Christmas so will post them once they are all finalised. Apologies again xx

A polite request ....
If you have a cold, flu or norovirus can you please rearrange your appointment. What might seem like 'just an appointment ' for you can have consequences for us..I am currently on day 2 of being in bed with heavy cold/flu , we also have an immune compromised member of staff who can't afford to be ill. I'm sorry to rant but this is my third week ( out of four) suffering.
