Baycroft Flitwick Care Home features seventy-five en-suite bedrooms, a comfortable bistro cafe and spacious lounge and dining areas. Residents are cared for by a highly trained staff team offering residential, dementia and short-stay respite care. The wellbeing team is on hand to support people to continue to enjoy their hobbies and interests and maintain their local connections.

🎄✨ What a whirlwind of festive fun we’ve had already this week!🎄✨

Yesterday’s Christmas Coffee Morning was packed with joy, from a jolly Christmas quiz to tasty seasonal treats and delicious coffee. And of course, no festive morning is complete without cranking up those classic Christmas tunes for a cheerful singalong! ☕🎶🎅🏼

In the afternoon, the amazing James O’Leary joined us and filled the room with unforgettable classics that had our residents singing, smiling, and even dancing their hearts out. 💃🕺

We had a great afternoon on Saturday at our annual Christmas Fayre. Thank you to all our stall holders, thank you to everyone who attended, thank you to Bob Jack and Alan for entertaining us all, thank you to everyone who helped out, thank you to everyone who made donations to the raffle and tombola and a big thank you for spending your money and helping us raise £650 for our Residents Comfort Fund. For those who bought tickets for the Hamper Raffle this was drawn on the afternoon and won by our resident Maureen. For those who brought tickets for the main raffle this will be drawn at our Christmas party on the 19th December and tickets are still available…….. GREAT WORK EVERYONE ⭐️

Great afternoon at our Monthly Quiz where every round was about Christmas 🎅🏼 🎄 🤶 Residents made up teams with fun names and we had 7 teams and 2 joint winners. The quiz got everyone’s brains going and we finished off with a Christmas Sing a Long

Today we kept the Christmas festivities going with a wonderful gingerbread decorating session! Residents enjoyed creating gingerbread men, Christmas trees and stars, all while singing along to classic Christmas songs. 🎄🎶

This was a sensory-focused activity designed for touch, feel and creativity and our residents certainly embraced it, crafting some festive masterpieces that looked way too beautiful to bake. ✨🍪

✨ Birthday joy at its finest! ✨

Yesterday we celebrated our wonderful Maureen in true festive spirit surrounded by friends, family, delicious cake, and of course her favourite thing of all… music! 🎶

Our afternoon was filled with sing-along cheer as we enjoyed our choir favourites and Christmas classics, creating the perfect soundtrack for a truly lovely lady’s special day❤️
