Did you know that back pain is a prevalent issue in the UK, leading to discomfort, workplace absences and significant healthcare costs?
Osteopathy, a reliable and efficient method that can assist in the management of your back pain.
Did you know that osteopathic treatment is suitable and can be helpful during pregnancy?
We can help alleviate any back pain and pelvic girdle pain, and support you as your body adapts and changes to accommodate your baby.
Silva has a special interest in pregnancy, is a infant feeding coach prenatally and postnatally, treats babies and children and is training to be a tongue-tie assessor.
Aches and pains, particularly in the lower back, are common in pregnancy. But sometimes the discomfort is more than just the expected adaptation. SPD and PGP refer to more intense pains in the joints of the pelvis.
