I took a few minutes today to bask in the sun, and honestly — the shift is starting. A bit more light, a bit more warmth, and that first hint of things beginning to wake up again. With the Spring Equinox only a few weeks away, it’s the perfect time to gently shake off the slower winter energy.

Last night’s sound bath was pure medicine ✨

Healing frequencies from my 432Hz quartz crystal singing bowls and the rhythmic heartbeat of a shamanic drum. Chakra healing. Aura cleansing. Bathed in the nurturing glow of chromotherapy as the green healing light draped over everyone, restoring balance and harmony. Deeply grateful for this shared journey of sound, light, and intention.

Curious to try a sound bath? You are very welcome, I host one on the third Tuesday of every month at Flitwick Village Hall. Many of my regulars say their overall wellbeing has noticeably improved since they made the commitment to prioritise their healing 🌿✨
