A powerful blend of yoga‑inspired stretch, strength and mindful movement — designed to help you reset, rebalance and feel incredible from head to toe.

What’s inside:
• Breath‑led warm up to ground and prepare your body
• Balance track to build stability and focus
• 2 Strength tracks — one for legs, one for upper body
• 3 Mobility tracks — hip opener, back opener, and spine release

Our Story

CAshFitness offer fun effective fitness classes in Flitwick and Ampthill.

Clubbercise is the dance aerobic class that’s done in a darkened room with disco lights, glow sticks and set to an epic playlist of club anthems from the 90s and up! Lose your inhibitions on the dance floor!

Pound is the rockout workout, combining drumming with cardio, strength pilates and yoga exercises to a rocking soundtrack.

Booiaka Dance Fitness is an easy to follow dance class that builds the routine slowly throughout the class and finishes with a ‘perfomance’ to a finale track.
