Herebeforeus We produce blue plaque window vinyls that commemorate the previous occupants of your house.

Our blue plaques will show the names, dates and occupations from historical records from 1881 -1939 (of one or more) of the people who lived in your home years before you. It may have been home to a photographer, bath chair proprietor, sulphate maker, journalist, bucket maker, timber yard furnace stoker, cook, railway signalman, professional violinist, part time money lender or sugar boiler.

These vinyl plaques can be applied inside your front window to give visitors and passers-by a glimpse of the history of your home.

It only seems like yesterday that I popped to Manchester to meet the fabulous Lucy from . Here she is putting up her plaque..The joy on her face is Wonderful. It only feels like yesterday that I visited Elizabeth in her beautiful home in the NE . but actually it was June 2024..She was the first recipient of our illustrated deep dive and now 1.5 years later we have just completed our 25 th with and , this following the 15 we did without the illustration. We have some exciting news coming up soon too with another addition to our products. Another day, another anniversary. This time for Carly, owner of congratulations on 6 months in businesses in this, the most challenging of climates. The Coterie is so much more than a cafe/bar with brilliant events. I loved ' Paint your pal ' and of course my birthday which I had there in August. Love you guys . In two days time I will be celebrating four years since I approached businesses in The Old High Street Folkestone and asked them if they wanted to know the history of their shops past occupants. Pictured here are Debbie from and Malcolm from who were my first plaques and have now become good friends. Without the help of Folkestone's generous businesses and home owners I would have struggled to launch herebeforeus. Thank you Folkestone people and everyone who has supported me over the last four years its been amazing. Especially happy this morning after a visitor to Folkestone who saw the plaques ordered 50 for a Sussex town ! Exciting times. # # # # #

A recent visitor to Folkestone saw this plaque and we are now talking about a blue plaque in her beautiful little town 90 mins away from Folkestone. This follows Tenterden, Enfield and Stamford with blue plaque trails in their main shopping streets. My second visit to Tenterden to put up my second batch of ten plaques in businesses there , this one restaurant. Working on a further ten to make 30 in all. This all came about after owner of Gea spotted my plaques here in Folkestone and and approached to see if it could be done in the town. Lovely to meet Gea in person yesterday at her beautiful shop and thank her. Every high street, which as you know are the lifeblood of towns deserve a little bit of history to be shown to the public. # #

My week here in Spalding is nearly over. I had no idea what to expect from this little market town in the Lincolnshire countryside. But I have to say I have been pleasantly suprised. Whilst sadly it doesn't have as many independent shops as say Stamford. It still has character with many of its Georgian and Victorian buildings still very present. I was given a warm welcome too yesterday when I knocked on doors , with four potential deep dives from some of the oldest homes in the town and a couple of plaque sales. I began in Stamford with just one sale and now have over 25 in businesses and 7 in homes. Im super looking forward to getting back to Tenterden next week to put up my second batch of ten for . As many of you know my home town of Folkestone now has over 80 plaques. Spotted this plaque yesterday .That must have been quite a concert. Just waiting for the rain to stop to pound the streets once more . Happy Weekend all Sx
