Daily Gratitude
Those who practise regular gratitude experience better sleep, improved self-esteem, more empathy, less aggression, improved physical health, and stronger immune systems, among many other benefits. The list is endless. Practising gratitude helps to refocus on appreciating what we have rather than what we lack, attracting more things to be grateful for.
Daily gratitude is the best way to reap the benefits. Pick the time of day when you are most focused and write down at least 3 things you are grateful for. Try to find 3 different things everyday, this will keep you open to new things to be grateful for and help to keep you motivated. You can carry your gratitude list with you and read it if you're needing a mood booster. Gratitude is a great way to transmute lower vibrational energies and raise your personal vibration.
Please use the card below, if guided, as a tool for inspiration if you get stuck on things to add to your gratitude list.
Much love, light, and blessings. Namasté, Rachael 💖 🌈 🙏🏻
