After popular request, here’s another 10 for 10, this time with a kettlebell (again reps shortened for video purposes).
With one kettlebell of a decent weight, 10 reps of:
Deadlift > upright row
Clean > thruster (swapping arms each rep)
Halo > squat > tricep press
Gorilla row > high pull
Reverse lunge with twist
Single arm swing (swapping mid air)
Bicep curl
Figure 8 with squat
Plank drag through
Russian Twist
Just the demo on reduced reps had me working up a sweat in a chilly studio so give it a go for a good quick workout!
