In the last 8 weeks, I’ve dropped a solid 5kg and am looking trimmer and more in shape through simply working hard in the gym, adding a little cardio (but not too much as I really don’t enjoy it that much) and by eating sensibly in a calorie deficit, all the while getting out and about and enjoying the summer.
