Following our new CQC rating, we’re proud to officially introduce our 2026 management team:

• Lalitha Kumar - Registered Manager & Operations Manager

Appointed in 2025, Lalitha has been instrumental in transforming Hatfield Lodge into a lively, supportive environment where residents enjoy independence and autonomy. Her passion for person-centred care and commitment to high standards shine through in everything she does.

• Samantha Simpson – Deputy Manager

Joining in 2025, Samantha brings a wealth of experience from domiciliary care. Known for her kindness and approachable nature, she works tirelessly to ensure residents feel valued and supported, creating a positive atmosphere for everyone.

• Kate McKenzie – Head of Care

With 27 years in care and part of Hatfield Lodge since 2023, Kate is deeply committed to making the home a place where dignity, independence, and respect are at the heart of everything. She holds a Level 3 QCF Diploma and is working towards Level 5, showing her dedication to excellence.

Together, this team is passionate about delivering outstanding care and making Hatfield Lodge truly feel like home.
