So much of yoga is about awareness, balance, and energy flow and Traditional Chinese Medicine can offer a beautiful, complementary lens to our Yoga practice.

That’s why our training includes:

🌿 Qi Gong- to explore gentle, embodied movements that calm and balances the nervous system.
🌿 Meridians- to understand energetic pathways in the body from another perspective, and how they connect with health, mood, and vitality.
🌿 Yin Yoga- to support deep rest, release, and parasympathetic activation

This is all taught alongside our focus on accessible, inclusive, and trauma-sensitive Yoga, so you learn how to guide practices that honour the wholeness of body, mind, and spirit 🫶

We want to give you tools to see the body (and your teaching) through a rich and integrative lens. ✨

If this calls to you, drop me a DM and I will send the details for the next round of training 💌

Before I trained to teach yoga, I was on the verge of burnout🔥

I had no idea how to take time for myself. The thought alone felt terrifying. So I kept busy—trying to be the perfect mum while working like I didn’t have kids. I was exhausted.

Bone-tired. Falling asleep as soon as I sat down—but waking at 3am with a racing mind.

I wasn’t looking after myself. Deep down, I didn’t think I deserved it.

Something had to change.

I’d been going to a slow-paced yoga class at my local gym. It felt awkward at first—but something about it helped. And then came a lightbulb moment: slowing down was the whole point💡

After years of practice, I finally got what yoga was really about.
And I wanted to share it.

So I signed up for yoga teacher training—even though I couldn’t really afford it and didn’t think I was “sporty” or “bendy” enough.

But I did it.
And I taught my first class.
And then… reality hit.

My training hadn’t prepared me for real students with real bodies.
I was faced with my first student who couldn’t get up and down from the floor, and I froze.

I promised myself that wouldn’t happen again.

So I started again—this time with the intention of making my classes as inclusive as possible.
Less about perfect poses.
More about people feeling safe, grounded, and seen.

Now I teach yoga rooted in:
✨ Embodiment
🧠 Yoga philosophy
💛 Breath, meditation + functional movement

It helps my students—and it helps me.
I feel more present, more grounded, more me.

If you want to teach yoga with compassion and authenticity…

📩 DM me YOGA and I’ll send you all the details for the next training.

This is for the seekers, the over-givers, the quietly brave.

You don’t need to be bendy.
You just need to care.
Because the world needs yoga teachers who teach from the heart. 💛

Yoga isn’t about pushing.
It isn’t about keeping up.
And it definitely isn’t about perfection.

It’s about coming home to your body.
Moving with kindness.
Breathing with ease.
And finding grounding in the middle of a messy, busy life.

That’s how I teach every class.
Slow. Supportive. Spacious.

If your nervous system is tired and you want to feel calmer, join me for a FREE Calming + Grounding Yoga Session - Wednesday 17th December 7.30pm

It’s a gentle, accessible class designed to help you feel relaxed, centred and supported.

Every time I read the reflections from my Yoga Teacher Trainees, I’m reminded why I created this training in the first place.

Their words are filled with wisdom, sensitivity, and compassion - the qualities that truly shape an inclusive, accessible, trauma-sensitive yoga teacher.

And honestly… it makes me a little emotional. 🥹
Because this is the heart of yoga.

Yoga isn’t about perfect poses.
It’s about learning when to soften.
When to rest.
When to listen deeply to your body.
When to move with kindness instead of force.

And watching my trainees embody this, not just as students, but as teachers in the making is one of the greatest privileges of my work.

Every module, every practice session, every discussion is an invitation to:

🌿 Understand the roots and philosophy of yoga
🌿 Explore functional, accessible movement
🌿 Learn to guide others with compassion and clarity
🌿 Build confidence in your own voice as a teacher
🌿 Develop trauma-sensitive awareness and nervous system literacy
🌿 Discover who you are as a leader and space-holder

Witnessing people step into their unique strengths, find their teaching style, and grow into deeply embodied, thoughtful teachers… it’s honestly magic ✨

And I feel grateful every single weekend we spend together.

If you’ve ever felt called to teach, especially if you want a training that values inclusivity, accessibility, and authenticity send me a message.

I’d love to share more about the next round of training and help you explore whether it feels like the right path for you 💌

I’d tell her that none of those things ever mattered.

Not being bendy won’t stop you from holding space.

Not being sporty won’t stop you from guiding people home to their bodies.

And not being “perfect” won’t stop you from making an impact that’s rooted in kindness, presence, and compassion.

I’d tell her that yoga isn’t about performing poses, it’s about practising presence.

That teaching yoga isn’t reserved for the super-flexible, it’s for the curious, the caring, the quietly brave.

And I’d tell her that one day, she’ll be leading a Yoga Teacher Training designed for the ones who never thought they were “yoga teacher material”… but who know in their hearts that they are here to share something deeper.

If this resonates, if you’ve ever thought, “Could I really do this?” then know that my next round of Yoga Teacher Training is made for you.

DM me the word YOGA and I’ll send you the details. Let’s begin where you are.

For years, I thought I had to have it all figured out before I could speak, share, or teach. I believed I had to be perfectly qualified, perfectly knowledgeable, perfectly ready.

And I know it’s not just me. I see it all the time with the Yoga teachers and coaches I mentor.

You might be the one who signs up for every training. Who’s constantly learning, always reading, watching, listening… but still not “ready” to take that first step.

Here’s the truth no one tells you:
You don’t become ready before you start.
You become ready by starting.

Whether you’re dreaming of becoming a yoga teacher, a coach, or simply stepping more fully into your truth know this:

You don’t have to be perfect.
You don’t have to know everything.
You’re allowed to start exactly where you are.

What people really connect with isn’t perfection.
It’s honesty.
It’s heart.
It’s you showing up as your full, messy, evolving self.

This is your permission to be real, to take up space, and to trust that you’re enough right now.

You are allowed to begin.

If you’re ready to take your next step, whether that’s teaching yoga or finally sharing your voice choose presence over perfection.

Being present is more powerful than being perfect!

And I have the perfect thing to get you started -

💫Present & Connected Meditation and Breath-work Course: 6 powerful sessions providing a path toward greater calm, connection, and resilience.

I got to the point where I started to really question what I was teaching in my classes and why.

I came to the conclusion that there are techniques that are just more useful for someone who is coming to a weekly Yoga class to feel calmer and more grounded and more at ease in their body (and those are the people that I love to teach!).

That is why I choose to focus on gentle movement (which can still be playful and fun) breathing techniques, meditation, mindfulness and deep relaxation.

This is what you can expect from my Yoga classes -
🫶Yoga without standing on your head.
🫶Ways to feel calmer and more grounded, without forcing yourself into poses that hurt .
🫶Learn how to release stress and tension, without getting hot and sweaty.
🫶Learn how to build strength, without doing a million chaturangas.

If this sounds like something you would like to try comment CLASS and I will send you my FREE Calming & Grounding Yoga class.

Much Love

It was my first class in the local church hall...

I had just finished a 6 month training in Vinyasa Flow Yoga and had already decided that I wanted to teach a much slower version of what I had been taught.

And the training had covered modifications for each poses - bending the knees for tight hamstrings, using a block to elevate the hips when seated...

But nothing prepared me for that first class.

I was just so happy to have people show up! I truly wanted to welcome eveyone who came through the door.

One of the women who had come along informed me that she wouldnt be able to get down onto the floor and that she would need to do the class in a chair...

And I froze...the sun salutations I had planned, although modifed had to go out of the window.

I thought on my feet and managed to scrape through the class - but it wasn’t pretty.

Maybe I was naive back then to think that I could welcome everyone who came to my class.

Maybe I had been naive about the training that I took.

Either way, I knew I had a lot more to learn and that next time I would not be so unprepared.

That one student set me on a path through further trainings...

And brought me back to the philosophy underpinning the teachings.

Bringing me to the point now where I am sharing what I have learnt along the way with a new group of trainee Yoga teachers.

Exploring how we as Yoga teachers can make our classes more accessible, more inclusive and more sensitive to the students in front of us.

If you feel the pull toward sharing yoga in a deeper, more inclusive way then I would love to welcome you into the next round of my Yoga Teacher Training.

You don’t need to be bendy. You just need to care.

Drop me a DM and I will send you all the details 💌

I would love to hear from you if you have just an inkling that this might be what you need - let’s chat 🙂

Much Love

If you have passion and want to share that with others then this YTT is for YOU.

You feel the quiet pull to teach yoga… but your inner critic won’t stop whispering:

“Who do you think you are?”
“You’re not fit enough.”
“You’re not bendy enough.”
“You’re not calm enough.”
“You’re not ready.”

You’ve learned to play small. To stay busy. To take care of everyone else.

And maybe the idea of doing something just for you feels… scary. Indulgent, even.

But somewhere inside, something is stirring.
A longing. A calling. A quiet nudge that says:

“There’s something more for me here.”
“I want to share what yoga has given me.”
“I want to make a difference”

Let me tell you something:

🙌🏻You don’t need to be perfect.
🙌🏻 You don’t need to be bendy.
🙌🏻 You don’t need to have it all figured out.

What you do need is heart.
Curiosity.
And the courage to begin ❤️

In the Happy Healthy Yoga Teacher Training, you’ll learn how to teach inclusive, trauma-sensitive yoga that honours your body, your voice, and your values.

We don’t teach performance.
We teach presence.
We teach from the heart 🫶

If you’re ready to teach in a way that’s real, grounded, and deeply needed, I would love to welcome you into this next round.

Because the world doesn’t need more “perfect” yoga teachers.

It needs more real ones.

Like you.
