This beginner-friendly class is designed especially for women 40+ who want to feel stronger, steadier, and more confident in their bodies—without pressure or overwhelm.

Using dumbbells, kettlebells, and functional exercises, you’ll gently build strength, support bone and hormonal health, and learn how to move well at this stage of life. Every exercise is clearly taught, with options to suit your body.

Huge congratulations to Dr. Bikman and Nina Teicholz for their endless work to get this through. Whilst it's not exactly perfect and as they would probably want it - there is still a cap on saturated fat - it is huge progress in the right direction. This will have such an impact on chronic health conditions such as Diabetes, NAFLD etc. As a Metabolic Health Practitioner, this makes me very happy. Now we just need to catch up here in UK.

😍NEW DAY TIME PILATES CLASS😍

I've had many requests for a daytime class and I am pleased to let you know that we will be starting next Thursday 11th September at The Dance Studio in Cheriton. 10am - 11am. This block will run for 6 weeks. The cost is £60.

All are welcome, including beginners.
