Classes are small and friendly, ensuring 1-2-1 attention when needed. I am also a Soft Tissue Therapist and support people in class wirh any restrictions, injuries etc when needed.

So proud of myself today. Not only did I suppirt my own weight off thdle floor but I engaged my shoulder blades too! 🥰💪 I tild my coach when I started that I wanted to be able to do a pull up. We are on the way. 😍🏋

Back pain is one of the mist common ailments, especially in absence from work. It's great to see how research shoes how great Pilates is for relieving and then preventing recurrence.As a Pilates Teacher and Soft Tissue Therapist you get both of my skills when you come to my Pikates classes. Mondays St John's Church Hall 6 30pm. Tuesdays Holy Trinity Church Hall 6 30pm.

Pilates was shown to be the most effective exercise modality for managing and reducing chronic lower back pain and disability in adults.

Although most of the other exercise modalities measured were also beneficial, Pilates had the greatest benefits.

One of the big advantages of Pilates is you can do the mat based exercises almost anywhere, making it very accessible to many people.

The more accessible exercise is the more likely people will stick to their programme.

If you're getting ready for your Pilates classes this week, make sure you tell your clients about this research!

I've had many requests for a daytime class and I am pleased to let you know that we will be starting next Thursday 11th September at The Dance Studio in Cheriton. 10am - 11am. This block will run for 6 weeks. The cost is £60.

All are welcome, including beginners.
