In this lovely weather I feel in full flow & lots of lovely things are showing up for The Therapy Shed .
Including developing my Women's Pelvic Health workshop & running our 1st one with a group of 32 women in the FAMS group in East Grinstead.
This picture shows the Pelvic models provided by & me answering questions after we walked differently with a hip sway & a softening of our Pelvic floor.
