Lisa Stimpson Counselling & Psychotherapy Qualified as a psychotherapist since 2003. I work with adults and teenagers in individual sessions and also with couples for relationship therapy.

I offer a space to develop self-awareness and to explore how your belief system and thoughts are influencing how you feel and what you are attracting in your life. A key aspect of the therapy is also to explore and connect with your unique potential - what inspires you in life? Who would you be if you did not limit or adapt yourself? I also work with trauma resolution.
