WOMB TENDING
On the 25st March we meet in the soft, loving and quiet space of the Cacao Atelier Holistic community cafe for womb space tending. Come and experience the deep nurture of yoni steaming, womb meditation and some gentle movement. This is for all women with or without a womb.
To take extra care of the pelvic area as we step out of the cold and wet months is a powerful and vital practice for the body.
It can lead to deeper health, preventative care, strong insights, and even sometimes a transformation that changes everything as we connect in deeper deeper.

~Yoni steaming promotes emotional wellbeing, a deeply nurturing ritual reducing stress.
~It relieves congestion in the pelvic area and cleanses the uterus, breaking down accumulated blood which alleviates menstrual cramps.
~It Increases circulation improving blood flow and lymphatic drainage. Relaxes muscles and stimulates healing .

Terri Yeshe is grandmother, an advanced Mizan practitioner and educator , postpartum doula, reflexologist, and a yoga and meditation teacher.
Her passion is helping people to reconnect with themselves physically, emotionally and spiritually.
She trained for over twenty years in the Iyengar Yoga tradition, worked as a arts and movement facilitator for Shallal Dance & Theatre Co, and trained in mindfulness with the Mindfulness Association .
She has had a well established daily meditation practice for 23 years, travelling to India and Nepal many times to do retreat and receive meditation instructions.
She is a fully certified AAM meditation teacher . She is a close disciple of Dr Rocio and keeper of limpia, rohipping, and hummingbird medicine healing practices .
