To the energy of the hummingbirds , the river, the sunlight , the water drops , the winter cherry blossom , the birdsong , the night owls calling, the hibernating bat in the compost loo, the wood , the rocks , the fire ….., I thank you all . Landing, softening, and release.

waterfalls. Leaving the body clear, grounded, and healthily tired.
Day 2 — Warmth
Nourishment, self-love, and heart–womb connection.
A day of homeliness and ease — warmth, tenderness, courage and compassion. Simple
self-care practices to take home.
Day 3 — Clarity
Space, creativity, and expression.
With the body rooted and warmed, vision and imagination emerge — movement, voice, drawing
or writing. Tools for integrating this experience when back home.

gratitude to laura hart swann for holding a beautiful space for sacred heartistry last weekend working with thresholds and tending to grief. as we journeyed together I saw the sun rise and a beautiful old woman appeared and a reindeer. describing her on paper she refused to age . yesterday I had the great blessing to join a lino print workshop in my friend jo oakley’s gallery …. next year we will have been friends for 50 years ! so my vision is now a lino print . 🤍
