Hello my lovelies.
It was noted by a client that I do not shout about what I do. They had found me through word of mouth, so I thought…. Ummm maybe.
In January I qualified as a forest bathing and nature connection practitioner… I learnt under the brilliant and mindful wing of Adore Your Outdoors. The qualification is recognised by the institute of outdoor learning. Why did I do this? I do nature and all things natural. I do the old ways and believe there is more.
I am a qualified Aromatherapist, Reflexologist, Reiki Master and Pellowah energy practitioner. I offer holistic massage, reiki in nature, roma-reiki and Pellowah energy sessions within the Kraftery here at Guthrie. I also organise and run nature connection sessions and forest bathing from here and venues around.
The Kraftery hosts a psychic/intuitive development course run by Heartfelt & Divine and when my shifts and the medicine wheel aline I have an open door for those who would to quietly explore and celebrate.
Red Rock Flock is also in residence and she weaves her magic from Kraftery producing hand spun wool and products from her own flock.
I celebrate the old ways.

🔥🐎 A powerful New Moon Eclipse welcoming in the Chinese new year of the Fire Horse!
We practiced gentle asana, breathwork along to singing bowls, koshi chimes. Followed by guided meditation and soundbath.
