We have out next Gentle slow asana practice, breathwork & deep restful relaxation along to singing bowls & koshi chimes by Sound Therapy by Pav on 9th December 7.15-8.15pm at Sattva Wellness
Spaces available for group and 1on1 sessions. Sound Bath/Therapy is a great form to relax after working week and a way of restoring our cells to their natural state. More nitric oxide (compound helping our cells to communicate better) is being produced and also deep meditation state can be achieved. Once you set intention, focus on your breath, sound and let it be present within you. It can heal diseases as well as brings calmness to mind, body and spirit.
