You don’t need to say no to everything this month

Here’s how to enjoy it without losing all progress:

1️⃣ Walk more, sit less
2️⃣ Stick to water between meals (hydration is underrated)
3️⃣ Aim for 2-3 workouts, not 5. Stay consistent
4️⃣ Eat slowly, don’t stuff yourself out of habit

Bodyweight only, quick, and easy to do outside while the family’s inside on the sofa!

⏱️ 4 Rounds:
• 20 walking lunges
• 10 push-ups
• 10 jump squats
• 30-second plank
• 200m brisk walk or jog

Use the fresh air to reset your brain and your body.

But motivation is fleeting.

It comes and goes like the weather.
What you actually need is structure and accountability.

Because when life gets busy, motivation disappears.

But a booked session? A coach waiting for you? A plan to follow?

Festive Breakfast: Cinnamon Protein Porridge 🍎

• 1/2 cup oats
• 1 scoop vanilla or cinnamon protein
• 1/2 apple (chopped or grated)
• Sprinkle of cinnamon
• Dash of milk or water
• Optional: drizzle of honey or maple

Warm it all up in a saucepan or microwave and stir until smooth
Perfect post-morning session or pre-Christmas market fuel 🎄
High protein, tastes like pudding, and keeps you full for hours
