Had a no show today of all days. New patient and got text and email reminders so no excuse. Future appointments will need to be paid upfront if this happens. I did manage to use this space as my lunch and put cancellation patient into lunch space but this won’t always be possible. PLEASE PHONE TO CANCEL OR MOVE.
