As well as myofascial release, manual lymphatic drainage, and powerful hands-free work. Wallace a fully qualified massage therapist with a Diploma in Holistic Massage Therapy. Massage is beneficial for aches, chronic pains, stress relief and relaxation and mindfullnes. She has qualifications in Seated Acupressure Massage, Facial Massage, Hot Stone and Indian Head Massage. Mairi also specialises in Myofascial Release Massage techniques, particularly effective for longstanding aches. She is fully trained and a registered practitioner in NO HANDS massage, which brings deep relaxation. Mairi is also a member of Massage Training Institute (MTI) and fully insured through ABT.
