Every penny raised will go directly to the family of 10-year-old Sophia Wilson from Sauchen, Aberdeenshire, who is bravely fighting Acute Myeloid Leukaemia. Sophia was diagnosed in July and has undergone every treatment option available in the UK. Her final hope is a specialised drug available only in America.

After busy week sound bath/therapy can help you to relax and restore your body to its natural flow, along with nitric oxide being produced for your cells to communicate better, since we are water in around 75% and knowing water listens to all we say, thanks to work of Masaru Emoto and continued by Veda Austin, it proves how important is to speak nice to ourselves. You can also get in to deep meditative state, where you can access your subconscious mind, soul, spirit, psyche or higher self to ask for guidance.

We have the second Yoga and Sound Fusion tonight at 7.15pm with Pav and Natalie. Alongside the weekly Sound Bath Meditation on Friday evening with Pav at 6.30pm Sound Therapy by Pav

Don’t miss Pilates with Kirsty every Monday morning and Wednesday evening! These are mixed ability classes, meaning levels are welcome

This is the second week of Courtney’s newly scheduled Yin-Yang Yoga class, which runs weekly on Thursday’s from 6.45-7.45pm. The perfect balance of stretching and strengthening
