✨ Welcome Lizzie to the Sattva Wellness Team! ✨

We are delighted to introduce Lizzie, our newest Physiotherapist and Sports Massage Therapist, who graduated with a MSc Physiotherapy from RGU in 2025.

Lizzie treats a wide range of injuries and musculoskeletal conditions. She offers sports massage, cupping therapy, tailored rehabilitation programmes, and has a special interest in paediatrics.

Alongside working as an NHS Physiotherapist, Lizzie loves to play sport and is a competitive Netball player.

Originally from Cornwall, Lizzie moved to Scotland three years and quickly fell in love with hiking the Munros. Her next big challenge is hiking Kilimanjaro in August this year! 🏔️

💫 Our classes this week in the studio at Sattva! 💫

We have a mixture of different Yoga styles, Pilates classes, and Sound Therapy sessions. There are lots to choose from and options available for all levels!

Don’t miss the Yoga and Sound Fusion class tonight at 7.15pm with Pav and Natalie. Alongside the weekly Sound Bath Meditation every Friday evening with Pav at 6.30pm

Pilates with Kirsty is every Monday morning at 10am and Wednesday evening at 5.30pm! These are mixed ability classes, meaning levels are welcome

Yin-Yang Yoga with Courtney runs weekly on a Tuesday evening from 6-7pm, and is the perfect balance of stretching and strengthening

Kids and Family Yoga with Linda is scheduled every Saturday during school term time. The kids classes are divided into groups from 3 years old up to teenagers 🤸🏼
