Taking a moment to enjoy the sun and the company of my four legged friends and a thought came to mind while looking at the daffodils in their pot.
Flowers naturally bloom in the direction of the sun, even if they grow in undergrowth. Some follow the sun’s path all day, some are satisfied with what they are given. They absorb the light, the warmth and from this they produce all the nutrients they need to make them radiant.
No body tells them to do it.
They don’t look on social media to see what others are doing.
They just do it.
Isn’t nature wonderful.
Take time to connect.

1800-2000 Nature, Reiki and the energy connection. Come and join me for a workshop exploring, discussing and creating. ( exchange £10, limited spaces ( must be pre-booked)

Had the most gorgeous me day…. Met the fabulous Ashley from Bee in Yoga, had the most wonderful holistic massage, and now I’m going to have an early night…. Full moon tomorrow….
