I’m Kimberley, & I’m so excited to finally share this journey with you.
I hold a BA (Hons) in Health & Social Care & have spent over 14 years working passionately with individuals of all ages in the areas of mental health, wellbeing, & additional support needs.
Along the way, I became a qualified CBT-I therapist, specialising in helping people overcome insomnia and sleep deprivation.
Over the past two years, I’ve been training, preparing and perfecting a new passion of mine — ‘🌜ASMR Therapy’🌛
