Is being active important for your overall health and weight loss? 𝗔𝗯𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆.
Does that mean you HAVE to spend hours in the gym? 𝗔𝗯𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗻𝗼𝘁!
It might mean stepping outside your comfort zone.
It might mean starting from scratch.
And that’s completely OK.
🏋️♂️ Some of my members love spending hours at the gym.
🏃♂️Some are clocking up their parkrun count.
🧘♂️Some start the day with Pilates.
🧘Others stretch to feel looser.
👣Some simply add a few extra steps to their day.
Every single one of them is moving 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 — whatever “more” looks like for them.
⛰️Me? You’ll find me doing strength work with weights and bands 🏋️♂️ or in muddy boots, walking up big hills, today we’ve been to Ingleton….. but you definitely won’t catch me on a treadmill!
