Sometimes this can be due to repetition of sport specific movements.
Golf and tennis are asymmetrical sports with one-sided swings, shots, serves, and rotations repeated thousands of times. Over time, this can and often does create imbalances that lead to pain, poor performance, and injury.
That is why so many sports professionals and sports teams allocate some of their training time to Reformer Pilates.
We are offering a new class of Reformer Pilates that focusses on restoring balance and building a stronger, more resilient body particularly for golfers or tennis players by:
