Come and try our 2 session introduction to Reformer Pilates with .pilates on Tuesday evenings or on Friday late mornings.

Understand the how and why. We teach with years of experience to the individual (even in a group class).

Maximum participants 9 per session.

2 sessions to give you an insight into not only what the hype is about, but why it is actually justified 😊
