Thanks for supporting our fourth year Festive Wild Vibe Beach Yoga fundraiser for Moray Fresh Start.

Based in Elgin, Moray Fresh Start support people who have been homeless and are moving into new tenancies. They help them set up with basic items (that we might take for granted) that they need for their home. They also support other vulnerable people in times of need, such as coming out of hospital or recovering from other emergency situations. It has been a busy year for Moray Fresh Start and they are so grateful for any donations that you can make to keep supporting them to deliver these resources.

On Sat 20th December we’ll meet at the end of Dunes Road, Findhorn Beach at 10am. You’re invited to join our all levels vinyasa flow as well as a Mind Body Mobility session with Justine. Both practices will be beginner friendly so you don’t need experience to take part. Turn up with a yoga mat or beach towel, cozy layers & a little curiosity!

I’m inviting you to donate as much £ as you can afford, to join in (minimum suggested donation £15).

Please write yoga beside your donation so I know you are coming.

We are also bringing back the ‘Beach Bliss Prize Draw’ which you can enter for the additional suggested donation, a minimum of £10. The winners of these wonderful prizes, donated by local businesses and friends, will be drawn and announced after the yoga session on Saturday morning.

If you want to join the yoga & enter the prize draw please write Yoga & Beach Bliss beside your donation (suggested minimum £25.

If you want to join in with just the yoga please write yoga beside your donation (suggested £15)

If yoga is not for you, or you are away and can’t join but you want to enter the prize draw, write Beach Bliss beside your donation (suggested minimum £10).

All donations are so welcome. I see this as The Vibe Movement Christmas Party, everyone gathers at the beach for a super fun morning and the result of this helps support so many people who are in need of a wee hand.

Eleven & most rad & perhaps still a little monkey!

Eleven years now - stride matching stride, side by side, your little hand reaching mine as we wonder through the woodland & I find myself dropped deep into a magical world.

Eleven years & each day you welcome with a sweet excitement & you light up like the sun & I notice your delight as it sparks & smiles follow you. Our adventures are wilder than the seas.

Eleven years & it doesn’t matter where we go, you overflow with imagination, your face animates your freckles so they appear to dance across your cheeks & I never know where you’ll take me.

Eleven years & it’s laughing, it’s crying, it’s dancing, it’s swept up & catapulted into the universe of you. It’s full with love & it’s tucked up together, tail gate open & eyes to the sky. It’s never quiet, why would it be?

Eleven years, most rad, almost definitely still a little monkey. A zodiac clusters & eleven stars burst with life, each one the sun circle gone of the years past. Eleven years - what a blast.

As always with profound respect & much joy, love & gratitude Mali, that I get to walk these eleven years with you, my wee inspiring Rad Monkey Boo x x

I love this beach! This beach is where I walk & work & swim & while away the sunny days! The Vibe Movement is collaborating with in support of with this year’s Great British Beach Clean. You can register to join us & you just need to turn up on Saturday 20th Sept, 2pm beside the bright coloured beach huts on the back shore. Happy dolphins!

Clothes Luck Pot Swap; Fundraiser for Palestine. Sat 20th Sept 6-9pm. Findhorn Village Centre.

Please join us for a wee fundraising gathering and find some new threads, enjoy some yummy food (veggies / vegan / gf).

£10 suggested donation for entry, but please feel free to donate as much as you can afford. All proceeds will go to charities supporting relief for Gaza / Palestine (info on selected charities will be provided at the event, as well as other ways you can help).

Please donate unwanted clothes to add to the swap - clean clothes to be dropped off to Findhorn, or Chelle in Forres before the event. All the clothes you take home are covered by your entrance donation.

Bring a dish if you fancy eating together, hot or cold & ideally veggie or vegan & gf friendly, savoury or sweet.

Anyone who is free to help, we’ll meet at 4pm to sort & set up.

Wee Mali is organising a beach clean in Findhorn on World Ocean Day.

She’ll share a little of her story & the incredible marine wildlife we encountered in with on expedition with the very wonderful & inspiring & she’ll invite you to join her beach clean up supported by .

I’ll be guiding a donation based yoga flow - all levels soft vinyasa 9.30-10.15, the funds raised are going to . Please bring cash.

The beach clean will start at 10.30. Mali will chat a little, then help make sure you’ve got all the equipment you need & send you off in different directions.

Wee Mali is ready to share her Antarctic expedition experience with you all on Sunday 18th May 5pm at The Club Room, Altyre Estate.

Time to go!!! Inverness to Amsterdam, Amsterdam to Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires to Ushuaia, Ushuaia to the & first stop the Falkland Islands.

We’ve been manifesting this adventure for time. Ya know that saying ‘I wish for all your dreams to come true?’ We’re flying way beyond, beyond our wildest dreams. Antarctica 🇦🇶 we’re on our way 🙌🏻🐧🧡

YEY 🙌🏻. I’m delighted to be reigniting a little vibes to flow inside this most beautiful, uplifting exhibition by inside the light & spacious gallery.

Inviting a winter sunrise session 8.30-10am Sat 18th Jan, where we’ll explore what lights you up & get a little curious around our own aspirations.

You can expect a creative practice with elements of Vinyasa & Yin. We’ll wrap up with time to enjoy the paintings over a cuppa & of course delicious ‘Vibe Blondies’ to nourish your body.

There are a limited number of spaces available so please jump in quick to book. £20pp including a donation to MAC - supporting these local art spaces & artists to stay open & alive for us to enjoy.

All levels & beginners to yoga welcome. Please bring a yoga mat, cozy blanket & an eye pillow/mask if you like.

What a beautiful morning to bring the Festive Fundraiser wild vibe tribe to Findhorn Beach!

We’ve raised £1345 & the donations are still coming in! I’m so grateful to ya all for supporting Moray Fresh Start & as always I’m blown away by the incredible generosity of The Vibe Movement community.

Thanks to Justine for coming on board again this year & opening the session with such a high vibe mobility & motion practice, connecting us into our innate rhythms & inviting free flow movement with big beats!

By the time I opened my eyes again the sun was beginning to break across the horizon & the morning weaved a magical glow. We explored building resilience in our bodies & how this cultivates strength & perseverance off the yoga mat. It’s from the discomfort zone that we experience the most growth!

Grateful for the soft energy, the wide open space, the sound of the sea, the mycelium network that connects us all, your smiling faces, our safe & brave exploration, being alive & free in this world. We are the lucky ones.

It’s never too late to donate. Moray Fresh Start are based in Elgin & providing support to those who have experienced homelessness, to help set them up with all the basics they might need when they move into their new homes. Wild Vibe Beach Yoga fundraiser for Moray Fresh Start.

We’re back! Sunday 22nd December. 9.30am, Findhorn Beach.

Maybe this is my favourite beach flow of the year. Even when the weather was so wild last year that I could barely stand in the mad wind & rain. As I drove to the beach wondering out loud what I was thinking to guide a yoga in a storm, my wee girl Mali (Mali guru!) said ‘well mama you do know it’s the middle of winter, what do you expect’ 😂

You’re invited to join our all levels vinyasa flow as well as a Mobility & Motion session with Justine . Maybe this year the sun will be shining.

Vibe Drumbeats! Sunday 10th November. 4.30 - 7pm .

I’m so excited to drop this one! A beautiful yoga practice to a live drum & percussion soundscape followed by a drumming workshop! Of course as always delicious & Ali’s famous Vibe Blondies to refuel between the yoga & drumming.

For those who don’t yet know Carol, she’s worked as a percussionist & story teller, performer, teacher & facilitator for many years, always exploring & discovering new ways of working. She has worked with master drummers & educators, has studied improvisation & community music as well as drama & storytelling.

Drumming has potential to bring about healing & a feeling of wellbeing & connectedness. The power of the drum & playing in a group setting can be a way to empower each other to discover our own innate musicality whatever our experience or skill level & whoever we are.

Yoga practice has been another rich thread woven into her adult life, so she is excited to be working with Chelle & The Vibe Movement on a new collaboration!

We have limited capacity for this workshop so please book in quickly to avoid missing out!

£40pp including all equipment use. Please bring a yoga mat & blanket.
