Launching Soon: Stage 4 Cardiac Rehabilitation at Moray Leisure Centre ❤️‍

We’re excited to introduce Stage 4 Cardiac Rehab, a supported exercise programme for anyone managing their cardiac health, with Kerri, our Level 4 Cardiac Rehabilitation Instructor.

Tuesdays & Fridays | 1–2pm

💷 Cost
£4.50 per session (Pay as You Go)
Included with a Fit Life membership

👥 Who it’s for
Anyone managing a cardiac condition
Self-referral or referral from a health professional welcome

📝 How to join
Participants can self-refer or be referred by a health professional.
