Please just know that with our volunteers, you can be completely honest, even if you’re struggling with thoughts about giving up or feeling like things won’t get better. Your Voice Matters – Help Make Being Active Easier During Menopause
Health & Social Care Moray are exploring how menopause impacts physical activity for women in Moray, and they would love to hear your experiences. By sharing your thoughts, you’ll help shape better local support and resources so staying active feels achievable and enjoyable for everyone.
If you live in Moray and are currently experiencing menopause at any stage, this survey is for you.
Your responses are completely anonymous and should take you no longer than 5 minutes to complete. Your feedback will make a real difference in improving support in our community.

The upcoming Xplore programme is for Mums in Forres from age 15+ and commences on Thursday 15 January 26 and runs to 19 February 2026. The aim is to give mums a look at new opportunities that might be of interest to you, maybe an old hobby you would like to revisit or something entirely new you would like to try out. It is also about building connections to help you in your next steps. The sessions will take place on Thursdays 10am – 12pm and will run for 6 weeks.

Suggestions for the sessions include: relaxation, yoga, cooking, cake decorating, pottery, photography, money skills, crafts, aerial fitness, baby first aid, etc, etc. This is not an exclusive list, so if there is something else that you would like to try, then please email above. There will be children’s activities on site, allowing the mums to take part in the sessions.
