With the new year session prices will go up, but any sessions booked in 2025 and any vouchers bought will still be at the current price, no matter when the session takes place.

It's my pleasure to offer Indian Head Massage (Champissage) in Forres and the surrounding areas. I obtained my Diploma from the London Centre of Indian Champissage in 2012.Champissage works on the mental, physical and energetic levels. It works on the upper back, shoulders, upper arms, neck, head and face. It is a seated practice.

Benefits include:

Dispersal of toxins from tense, knotted muscles
Relief from chronic neck and shoulder stiffness
Loosening of the scalp
Promotion of hair growth
Helps in relieving tension headaches, eye-strain, earache, tinnitus, sinusitis congestion and disturbed sleep.
