🎄🎁 The sound of pipes and drums will entertain shoppers on Thursday evening (18 Dec) when 14 town centre shops that would normally be closed are open till 8pm.

Forres and District Pipe Band have kindly agreed to play outside the Tolbooth from 6:30pm.

Updated opening times around Christmas and New Year.

Hans Physiotherapy will be closed for a couple of days or working reduced hours around the Christmas period, to be able to spend time with my family. Replies to emails and DM's will be slower in these weeks.

Free 15 - minute Walk In Sessions

With December being a busy and expensive month for many, we at Hans Physiotherapy decided to give something back to you.

In the lead up to the end of the year, we will offer free 15 minute sessions to give advice and see what else we can do for you about your aches and pains or injury. You will get a 20% discount if you decide to go for a full appointment at a later date.

The first 2 blocks of Walk in Sessions are:
Monday 8 December from 10 am - 12 noon
Friday 12 December from 13.30 - 3 pm.

❄️The winter has definitely arrived in Forres and therefore the risk of falling has increased due to slippery roads and pavements.

If you go out, remember to walk like a penguin to reduce the risk of falling and if you have a fall, make sure you seek professional help to check there is no serious injury.

Did you know that 90% off the population has a variance in leg length. Our bodies are a master in compensating the difference in leg length and therefore hiding this problem. Although this can cause problems during strenuous activities due to muscle fatigue. Long term it can also cause problems as we get older.
