I have a gentle and holistic approach to treatment and aim to create a peaceful and restorative space. Treatment includes self-care/rehabilitation tips, stretches and exercises tailored to each individual's need.
Initial consult 1.5hrs £60
Follow up sessions 1hr £50
Our first consultation will include a medical history followed by treatment and aftercare tips, follow up sessions start with a catch up on progress followed by treatment.
Please wear loose comfortable clothing to your session if possible.
I have current availability on Sat/Sun/Mon/Tue mornings.
