The first men’s Sunday dip … 💙 🍂 💦 ☀️

What a fantastic start to River Findhorn IceBreakers. The sun was shining, the river was tranquil and beautiful and the men were 13 strong 💪 Awesome. So lovely to meet you all.

We are meeting every Sunday at Sluie walks car park at 745 am to walk to the river together.

Bring something to swim in, warm clothes for after, hot drink in a flask.

This will be a lovely afternoon and evening of connection, endorphins from exercise with Active Perspective - Frances Anderson, a reset with yoga ( led my me ), journaling, coaching and then a delicious and candle lit gut friendly feast with Gut Feelings 💪 🧘‍♀️ 😋.

This weekend we had the absolute pleasure of running a class for guests the morning after a wedding to revive them all from their day of festivities! 🧘‍♀️🌿🪷

Have a look at our beautiful sauna! 🪵🪷 🧖

We were delighted to use local suppliers Altyre estate who supplied the trees and Logie Timber sawmill who expertly milled the timber for our quirky cedar sauna.

Building something hexagonal comes with it's challenges but we feel it was absolutely worth the effort! The final stage is to grow the grass and wild flower living roof.

Our flourishing orchard is providing us with the goods this week! 🌳🍎🍐

There's a lot of work in making sure we don't let the abundance of fruit rot or get eaten by wildlife. We've been busy jarring chutneys and jams which are great but take a lot of prep so we have also started drying some of our fruit - a wonderful snack!

Our Retreat for Change SAUNA is almost finished - a live roof still needs to be planted 🌱 and some internal finishes like the benches - then it will be time to get steamy! 🧖‍♂️🧖‍♀️

A wonderful day of Fitness, Flow (yoga) and Fermentation held at Retreat for Change in the beautiful sunshine! 🌿☀️🧘

The lovely Frances lead the way and got everyone active in the garden to start the day Active Perspective - Frances Anderson, I then followed this was one of my yoga sessions.

Finally, Hannah of Gut Feelings shared her skills in making wholesome gut friendly veggies. We then rounded off the day with a delicious healthy lunch and lots of chatter and laughter.

Thank you Frances for bringing it all together and especially to the lovely gals who made the day what it was, bringing your collective energy and enthusiasm to Earnhill House🙏🏻
