So lovely to host the icebreakers for their warm up after the Sunday dip

A couple of highlights from an another very rewarding mini retreat. Organised and led by the fabulous Frances Active Perspective - Frances Anderson with a delicious feast and some gut health advice by the very skilled Hannah from Gut Feelings

There was also an energising outdoor session 🌳 ☀️ and indoor gentle and soft, candle lit yoga🧘.

Followed by some time out to consider our motivations and habits and journaling how and why we might change to better fulfil our purpose.

A lovely group of ladies made it a very special afternoon and evening. Thank you all for visiting Earnhill 💛 and to Frances and Hannah for bringing their magical energies.

For my retreat this morning I had the honour of watching this otter feeding. 🦦 A chance spot on the way to work I thought why not stop and take some time out.

The first men’s Sunday dip … 💙 🍂 💦 ☀️

What a fantastic start to River Findhorn IceBreakers. The sun was shining, the river was tranquil and beautiful and the men were 13 strong 💪 Awesome. So lovely to meet you all.

We are meeting every Sunday at Sluie walks car park at 745 am to walk to the river together.

Bring something to swim in, warm clothes for after, hot drink in a flask.

This will be a lovely afternoon and evening of connection, endorphins from exercise with Active Perspective - Frances Anderson, a reset with yoga ( led my me ), journaling, coaching and then a delicious and candle lit gut friendly feast with Gut Feelings 💪 🧘‍♀️ 😋.

This weekend we had the absolute pleasure of running a class for guests the morning after a wedding to revive them all from their day of festivities! 🧘‍♀️🌿🪷

Have a look at our beautiful sauna! 🪵🪷 🧖

We were delighted to use local suppliers Altyre estate who supplied the trees and Logie Timber sawmill who expertly milled the timber for our quirky cedar sauna.

Building something hexagonal comes with it's challenges but we feel it was absolutely worth the effort! The final stage is to grow the grass and wild flower living roof.
