Dear All, we are having technical difficulties with our internet connection so our phone and card machine are currently not working.
If you need to order your medication you can bring in the pink slip to the pharmacy or download Healthera App and place the order on the app. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience!

We are currently CASH PAYMENTS ONLY - our new card machine is being set up and fingers crossed everything will be up and running as normal by tomorrow but we will keep you all updated.

‼️ Important notice ‼️
As of January this year many of you will know we have been actively trying to convert people over to our app/using their repeat slips or emailing to order their repeats. We are trying to minimise phone calls due to our ever increasing workloads.
It is for this reason we have now made the decision that as of the 1st of October 2025 we will no longer be receiving telephone requests for repeat prescriptions.
Anyone struggling to set up the app, we will happily assist!
We do apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Good morning folks.
Just to make you all aware that the Pharmacy will be closed on Monday the 4th of August.
Please get in touch with us regarding any urgent queries with either ourselves or the Medical Centre as soon as possible.
Anyone due to collect medication on Monday please ensure that you come in either this Friday or Saturday.

Good morning everyone😄
Our printer has decided to stop working, so this means we cannot take any repeat requests over the phone.
Please can we ask you to utilise the repeat slip or hand write your requests and hand it in the either ourselves or the surgery.
Please don’t phone the surgery as it may block people from being able to book an appointment.
We apologise for this inconvenience and will hopefully be back up and running as normal in the next few days☺️
