Hi Everyone,
Highlands for Ukraine are collecting again for urgently-needed supplies to send to the regions being badly bombed by Russia. Please support us with any of the items below and kindly send this to your family and friends.
If anyone has a van to help take the goods to our Inverness depot on the Sunday afternoon please contact me.

📣Class Announcement🧘‍♀️
We are delighted to announce that we have Pilates returning on a Monday nights 🥳 and to make it even better Pilates will be followed by a BODYBALANCE class.
What you need to know:
🗓When - Mondays: Pilates 6.00-7.00pm BODYBALANCE 7.10-8.10pm
🏫Where - Fortrose Town Hall
🧘‍♀️Instructor - Claire

⏰Classes will start on Monday 28th of April. Bookings will open on Sunday at 10pm for our all inclusive & budget members. Pay as you go customers will be able to book from Friday 25th.

Looking for something to do on a Thursday morning? Susan and Soph will help keep you active, and give you a lovely warm cuppa.

🙋‍♀️Come in and join us on a Thursday mornings from 0945am for our Youtime Multi-Activities.

Please see below, the Fortrose Clinic has been cancelled for today.

Due to adverse weather conditions the following baby immunisation clinics will be opening late -

Muir of Ord baby immunisation - ***UPDATE this clinic has now been CANCELLED***

RNI, Inverness baby immunisation - will reopen at 11am

Our teams will be contacting those affected. The RNI is scheduled to reopen at 11am and appointments after that are still in place

The following winter vaccination clinic has been cancelled -

Little reminder that Highlands for Ukraine will be in the Fortrose Town Hall on Saturday and Sunday this week.
If you can spare any of the items below they would be very grateful.

On the weekend of the 9th and 10th of November. The Town Hall will be host to Steve and Highlands for Ukraine. Their objective is to collect items which are listed below to send to Ukraine. These items are urgently needed, if you do have any of them you can spare Steve and the Charity would be grateful.
