Osteopaths are highly trained health care professionals, recognised by the NHS as Allied Health Professionals (AHPs). Today is AHPs day where osteopaths celebrate being part of the NHS family.

Osteopaths are experts in the musculoskeletal system (joints, muscles and associated tissues) and its relationship to other systems of the body.

Using manual therapy, health advice and sometimes exercise, osteopaths tailor their treatment approach to the needs of each individual.

Hi Everybody,
It is with a heavy heart that over the weekend we have come to a difficult decision that in light of the COVID-19 pandemic we have to stop work indefinitely. As health care professionals, we know it would be unprofessional to run the risk of passing the virus on to anyone.
We will be in touch when this nightmare is over. If you require any advice or we can be of help in any way please feel free to contact us.
Please stay at home where possible and stop the spread.
We wish you all the best wishes for you and your family, stay safe and well.

We have built our reputation on helping individuals in pain by taking time to really listen to what you say and examining you thoroughly to get to the root of the problem. We use a wide range of approaches to create a unique treatment programme to help you and your particular situation, which we discuss fully. Over the past 28 years we have helped thousands of people suffering from a wide range of conditions from simple muscle strain to crippling back pain. These conditions can occur gradually or suddenly, due to sports injury, accidents, wear and tear, work related, gardening and other physical activities. We have a very good success rate which is reflected in the willingness of our patients to refer family members, friends and work colleagues. 95% of our patients come from word of mouth referral. During your treatment we may use a broad range of techniques including Osteopathic Joint Mobilization and Manipulation alongside Osteopathic Deep Tissue & Remedial Soft Tissue Techniques, plus Electrotherapy including Ultrasound and Interferential. We give remedial exercises to strengthen and maintain muscles and joint mobility and specific exercise advice according to your needs, plus self help advice to help you increase and sustain your recovery. We are always willing to answer any questions regarding treatment, and explain how and what we are doing in order to help you and your individual problem. We are always willing to discuss the suitability of treatment for an ongoing problem that you may have, to ensure we can do the best we can for you, as we believe you are 'our walking' advert.
