Did you know that a cosy cup of Raspberry leaf tea may help to tone the uterus and prepare your body for birth ✨🫖✨

By gradually increasing the amount you are drinking from 32 weeks pregnant this can help to tone the smooth muscle of the uterus and prepare it for birth.
