Sunshine, snow and hills, much better! 😁

Thank you for keeping me so busy as always! Just a couple of updates;

Personal training - the new equipment is hopefully getting installed tomorrow. It may or may not be ready to use this week but🤞🏻

Pilates - as we come to the end of the first block, I have decided to continue with the same classes going forward. Fridays at 9.30am in Newburgh hall and Thursdays at 6.30pm and 7.30pm at Belhevie annexe. Places must be pre booked.

Massage Therapy - I’m now working through another course, more information on this in due time 😉

Exciting day today….work has begun on my gym redevelopment project 😁 the workmen arrived this morning to get started. As usual I had an idea and it then grew arms and legs so there may be a few disruptions over the next few weeks, as I take in deliveries etc🙈😬. Exciting times ahead for the personal training side ❤️

⭐️Pilates⭐️

I can now extend the classes and offer a couple of additional spaces in the following classes;
Thursday 6.30pm
Thursday 7.30pm.

Both at Belhelvie annexe and great for beginners and have a mix of men and women and varying ages. PM to book ☺️

❄️Snow update❄️

⛄️Pilates start is now delayed by a week for all classes. Classes will now begin on 15th and 16th.

⛄️I am working my way through all the rescheduled PT and massage appointments. Please bear with me as it’s a big job and involves me waiting for replies to avoid double booking myself. 🙈

I hope you have all managed to enjoy the snow, even though it has been a logistical nightmare 😬

‼️🌟 Pilates update 🌟‼️

Thank you for the crazy amount of interest in my new Pilates classes, I am blown away by all the messages and bookings so far. As such I have added a second evening class at 7.30pm on Thursdays. Drop me a message to book ☺️

❗️Fridays at 9.30am and Thursdays at 6.30pm are both full with a waiting list. I do have ability to create a second class on Friday mornings if demand is enough so also drop a comment/message is this is something that you would like!

I am currently adding everybody that has booked so far into a community group with the class information, so please be patient, it’s big task 😆

🎉Exciting News🎉

I am now a qualified Pilates instructor!

⭐️Pilates is movement designed to improve core muscle engagement, improving posture and mobility using a series of gentle movements.
⭐️Classes will be designed for real bodies, not perfect ones and no experience or base fitness level required to start.

I will be offering two classes, booking is essential.
The regular classes start on January the 8th and 9th, although I will be offering two taster sessions on 5th and 12th December.
