December can be exhausting and self-care is even more important now.
Take care of your immune system by staying hydrated; drinking honey, lemon, ginger and turmeric tea; eating plenty of seasonable vegetables; getting enough sleep.
Prioritise peace over perfection by not comparing your home/tree/gifts to anyone else’s; remembering that time together is the important bit; delegating and ‘cheating’ where possible; saying no when you need to and taking time for yourself.

5 weeks in and me and Gracie have settled into a routine. Treatment times are now 9.30, 12.30 or 8.15 to fit in with her naps. I can come to you or welcome you here, but I’ve taken the 2 hour treatment off the booking system for now. Thank you to everyone who has been patient while we figure out how to make it work best and to everyone who has been round to meet her - she loves you all!
