Class schedule. Something for everyone

Tuesday 9 am yoga. Level 2
Chair yoga 10:15am and 11:15 am

Wednesday chair yoga 3pm. Yoga level 1 4 pm and 5:30pm level 2/3

Thursday Chair yoga 10:15 am

Friday Chair yoga 10:15 am. Relaxing Yoga 4 pm and 5:30 pm

Saturday Yoga sequence 8am level 2/3 ( will change to 9 am Nov 15th for the rest of the winter )

Sunday. Yoga level 1, 10 am. Chair yoga 11:30 am

While in India in spring I bought a cozy Merino wool scarf from my old Kashmiri friend Rafik. It was so cozy and soft I brought a bunch home with me and have some extra. If anyone is interested to purchase one for yourself or as a gift let me know.

Small scarf is 177cm long and 49 cam wide.
Larger wrap/ scarf is 205 cm long and 70 cm wide.

The science of breathing through the nose. Yes, something we never think about but it has numerous health benefits. James Nestor has reaserch the history and spiritual background, the scientific research on this subject and well as use himself as a test subject. Highly recommend his book if you want to learn more and do this practice to boost your health and tame the mind.
