During March, we will be experiencing a temporary reduction in Practice Nurse appointments due to staff leave. 🩺📅

Unfortunately, this is outside of our control. We kindly ask patients to be mindful when calling to book a nurse appointment, as waiting times may be longer than usual, unless your concern is deemed urgent or an emergency. ⏳

FRASERBURGH WELLBEING COMMUNITY APPOINTMENT DAY on Friday 6th March from 10am to 3pm. Drop in any time of the day.

Services and Third Sector Partners

There will be stalls offering advice and support with:
• Mental health, emotional and crisis support
• Employment, housing and financial support
• Community, social connection, health and wellbeing activities
• Family support
• Domestic abuse and advocacy

Meet services and teams that support mental health and wellbeing

• Different services and teams will give short presentations during the day at various times.

Topics include:
• Managing anxiety
• Mental health digital help tools
• Breathing exercises
• Food and wellbeing
• Getting involved in your community
• You can ask questions during each presentation and speak to services and teams following delivery.

High blood pressure is the biggest risk factor for stroke. It causes about half of all strokes.

This the Stroke Association is encouraging all adults to check their blood pressure regularly and find out about the causes of high blood pressure, so they can make informed decisions about their health.
